The attorney Agata Skwarcz

I was called to the Bar as a member of the Regional Council of the Bar on 29th May 2013, having passed the State Bar Exam after completing my legal training.

I graduated from Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin where I studied law at the Department of Law and Administration. Since commencing my studies, I have developed a particular interest in Criminal Law including Criminal Executive Law, petty crime and Medical Law which have formed the cornerstone of my professional interests.

My professional practice to date has focused on defence in criminal proceedings and representing the interests of both sides in civil proceeding. I wrote my Master’s thesis under the supervision of Professor M. Mozgawa on the subject of the crime of medical treatment without patient consent.
